Competitive Pay Rates and Extra Compensation

You will be making an exceptional salary with ACCS. Starting hourly rate is $43-45 per hour.

Whether you are a new traveler or have been traveling for years, it’s reassuring to know you can reach your travel nurse staffing company at any time. If you need prayer, you can call us 24-7 and someone will be available to pray with you.

At ACCS, we have traveler-friendly assignments at locations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Bask in the sunshine on beautiful Virginia Beach or snow ski at Wintergreen. Maybe your goal is to gain new skills at a teaching facility, work in a big city, or enjoy the camaraderie found in a small rural facility. Maybe you’d like to work close to friends or relatives. You choose and let us know!

Personalized Housing

Our ACCS travel associates will listen to your needs and assist with arrangements for safe housing options. Needs a pet friendly place for your dog, cat or parrot? No problem! Watching your budget? So is your ACCS travel associate.

Weekly Pay

We understand your need for timely pay so with ACCS you’ll always have your money on time and in your bank account every week.

Direct Deposit

While you’re away from home, you don’t have to worry about receiving and depositing your hard-earned money. We’ll conveniently deposit your weekly pay, and you’ll have access to your payroll information online.

Loyalty Bonus

As another way of saying thank you for working with us, ACCS offers our travel nurses Loyalty Bonuses of up to $500 on every 4 to 13+ week extension you complete with us. Talk to your ACCS travel associate for specifics on all our bonuses.

Referral Bonus

Refer an RN and when your referral completes a 13-week assignment, you will receive your bonus! The good news is that your cash reward increases with every new nurse you refer to us. You’ll receive $500 for your first referral; $750 for the second, and for the third (and beyond) referrals, you’ll get paid $1000!

License and CPR Reimbursement

Do you want to come to Virginia but need your license? We’ve got you covered! ACCS will be happy to reimburse the licensing fee for you for your license once you have completed your first 13-week assignment. We’ll also take care of your new or renewed American Heart Association certification costs for your CPR at that time as well!

Personalized Health/Life/Dental Insurance

If you need insurance, we can help! ACCS will provide travelers with a local insurance broker who can assist you in customizing an affordable package that is specifically designed to meet your needs.

Nurse Support

Need some extra help to answer questions during your assignment? ACCS maintains a 24-hour on-call coordinator who can put you in touch with an RN in the event you have questions of a clinical nature.
We are committed to providing support to all travel staff.


After you have completed three consecutive 13-week contracts, ACCS will reimburse you up to 30 hours of online continuing education so you can keep up with your continuing education hours. Ask our your ACCS travel associate for details!
